    • A confidential manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to support continued growth across the Minnesota and Wisconsin market
    • This opportunity is best suited for a sales professional with experience in metal building systems, pre-engineered buildings, steel buildings, building materials

    • The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing new business, supporting project opportunities

    Responsibilities
    • Manage and grow sales activity throughout the assigned Minnesota and Wisconsin territory
    • Develop new customer relationships while maintaining and expanding existing accounts
    • Work with builders, contractors, developers, installers, and other construction-related customers
    • Identify new project opportunities and provide sales support throughout the project cycle
    • Review project information, drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
    • Coordinate with internal estimating, engineering, sales support, and operations teams
    • Prepare and support quotes, proposals, order details, and project documentation
    • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, customer updates, and territory activity
    • Build and execute a territory development plan focused on growth and account expansion

    Requirements
    Qualifications
    • Must currently live in Minnesota or Wisconsin
    Must have experience in (PEMB) pre-engineered buildings.
    • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in metal buildings, PEMB, steel buildings, building materials, or a closely related construction/manufacturing industry
    • Experience working with builders, contractors, developers, or construction-related customers
    • Strong understanding of territory sales, account management, and business development
    • Ability to read and understand basic drawings, specifications, and project requirements
    • Proven success growing sales and developing customer relationships
    • Comfortable working independently and managing a multi-state territory
    • Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general business software
    • Experience with metal building or estimating software is a plus
    • Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who understands the metal building or construction materials market
    • This person should be comfortable developing new accounts, supporting technical project discussions, managing customer expectations
