    Position Overview
    • A confidential client is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, drive business performance, and support continued growth
    • This individual will be responsible for overseeing key business functions, developing and leading teams, improving operational efficiency
    • and ensuring strong financial, customer service, and performance outcomes
    • The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-driven leader with a proven ability to manage people, processes, budgets, and business priorities
    • This role requires strong leadership, sound decision-making, operational discipline, and the ability to create accountability across departments
    • The General Manager will work closely with ownership or senior leadership to execute business goals, strengthen internal operations, improve profitability

    Responsibilities
    • Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations while ensuring consistent execution of company standards
    • Own restaurant-level P&L performance, including sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses
    • Recruit, hire, train, coach, develop, and retain strong team members and managers
    • Build and lead a high-performing restaurant team focused on service, accountability, and results
    • Drive operational execution, productivity, and consistency across all shifts
    • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, labor planning, and overall team performance
    • Ensure an excellent guest experience through strong service standards and active team engagement
    • Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and compliance
    • Monitor restaurant performance and implement action plans to improve sales, profitability, service, and operational results
    • Support company initiatives, policies, procedures, and operational programs
    • Foster a positive, professional, and performance-driven work environment
    • Address guest concerns, employee relations matters, and operational challenges in a timely and effective manner
